Two advisory sessions per month
- 60–90 minutes each, by phone, video, or in person.

- A brief written summary after each session, recording what was discussed and agreed.
Between-session availability
- Phone or email for matters that cannot wait.
- Standard response within four business hours.
- Calibrated access. Not unlimited. Not a hotline.
Adviser briefing and coordination
- Where legal, structural, or other professional work is required, K Advisory scopes what is needed and briefs the relevant advisers directly.
- You receive coordinated input, not fragmented advice from professionals working in separate lanes.
The retainer runs for a minimum of three months and is renewed by agreement.
